I) Behavioral Therapist
[For Early Start Autism Intervention Program (ESAIP)]
Qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology or an education-related field.
- Extensive experience working 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, using Discrete Trial Training .
- College-level course work in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- An interest in continued education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Basic computer literacy and a computer with internet access.
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Reliable mode of transportation and current automobile Insurance
- Current Tuberculosis (TB) screening results (Valid for three (3) years)
- Physical Requirements: Needs to be able to lift 50 pounds and move from a sitting to standing position frequently
II) Behavioral Tutor
[For Early Intensive Behavioral Treatment (EIBT)]
Qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:
- High School or GED Diploma
- Current enrollment in an accredited community college or university.
- Basic computer literacy and a computer with internet access.
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Reliable mode of transportation and current automobile Insurance
- Current Tuberculosis (TB) screening results (Valid for three (3) years)
- Physical Requirements: Needs to be able to lift 50 pounds and move from sitting to standing position frequently
