The Role of a Behavior Technician

Behavioral and Educational Strategies and Training is rapidly expanding its clinical staff across the Central Valley. We are actively seeking passionate individuals to serve as Behavior Technicians. In this vital role, professionals provide direct, one-on-one behavioral treatment using the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Teaching methods.

Technicians are responsible for independently running treatment sessions, implementing individualized protocols, and facilitating communication through effective reinforcement.
You will be coaching children through essential social and daily living skills. It is an incredible opportunity to leave a lasting, positive footprint on a child's developmental journey.
